Rooney, Clinical Director for Turning Point Counseling Services, provides behavioral healthcare continuing education workshops covering a wide range of clinical, legal and ethical topics. All workshops are conducted at the main office of TPCS, 611 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH. Each workshop is approved for 4 continuing education units by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. The cost for each workshop is $80. The presenter for each workshop is William M. Rooney, Ph.D., MHA who is the Director of Clinical Services for Turning Point Counseling Services, Inc., a contract agency of the Mahoning County Mental Health Board. Dr. Rooney is also a part-time faculty member in the Department of Counseling and Special Education, Youngstown State University and in the School of Psychology, Walden University.
