Dr. William M. Rooney provides continuing education training to counselors and social workers, as well as, consultation services to healthcare organizations throughout Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

 

In addition to his private practice, he is a member of the professional staff of Preferred Care Counseling Services (Poland, OH) and is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Clinical Psychology Program of Walden University.
