Ethical Issues in Supervision - William M. Rooney, PhD
This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the current standards for supervision as well as the ethical responsibilities of the clinical supervisor. Participants will be given the opportunity to practice the application of these principles to situations that can occur with their supervisees.

A Competency-Based Approach to Clinical Supervision - William M. Rooney, PhD
This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the Competency-Based Approach (Faldener & Sharfranske, 2004) to clinical supervision. This model articulates both the processes and outcomes in clinical supervision. Participants will also learn methods for evaluating the progress of the supervisee throughout their training.
